Returns & Exchanges


 

All full priced, unworn jewelry is eligible to be returned for credit or exchange within 14 days of receipt. There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns & exchanges. All items purchased on sale are FINAL SALE and therefore not eligible for returns, exchanges or price adjustments. All custom pieces and special orders are FINAL SALE. If you have a question about a custom piece or special order please contact, info@kbhjewels.com.

Please note the below exceptions for all returns and exchanges:

  • Product showing any signs of wear, resizing, or damage will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
  • Custom or Special orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. 
  • Any item bought during a sale event are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • All international sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

To exchange an item please email us at info@kbhjewels.com. If you are shipping back your order, please ensure it is packed securely and in its original packaging. KBH Jewels is not responsible for any damages incurred during transit.

Submit a return request

  • Click the account in the store's menu.
  • Log in to your account:
  • In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
  • In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  • Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  • Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
  • If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  • Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  • Click "Request return".
  • If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
